Diagnostics are free if you approve the repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, a $30 bench fee applies to cover our time.
How long do repairs take?
Simple repairs are often completed within 1-3 business days. More complex work or jobs requiring parts orders may take longer—we'll give you an estimated timeframe when we provide your quote.
What if the repair costs more than expected?
We never exceed a quoted price without contacting you first. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we'll reach out for approval before proceeding with any extra work.
Can I get a quote before bringing equipment in?
We can provide rough estimates over the phone, but accurate quotes require physical diagnosis. This ensures you get a fair price based on the actual fault, not guesswork.

What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or postpone on-site appointments with 24 hours notice. For repairs already in progress, parts ordered specifically for your job may be non-refundable.
